Advanced Security Training
DESCRIPTION:
Advanced Security Training is for Security Personnel authorized to use a restraining device (Handcuffs). It addresses the continuum use of force, from communication, to physical control tactics, restraint tactics and pressure point control.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Participants will have learned to progress through the stages of gaining compliance from tactical communications, personal safety and control tactics to physical control tactics, restraint tactics and pressure point control.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:

EVALUATION
Participants will demonstrate the techniques taught in class, as well as complete a written test.
Pass mark is 75%
