Bylaw Enforcement Officer Level 2

Description:
Students will review Level 1 and will follow the initial complaint process through to Court, including: service requests, violation notices, Municipal Ticket Informations, Long Form Informations, etc.

Also covered are the following: Digital Cameras and Photography, Framework of Local Government, Building Bylaw and Compliance, landowner Contact and Conflict Resolution, Personal Safety, Powers of Arrest, Credibility and Cross Examination, Stress Management, Traffic Direction and Control, Time Management, Preparing and Presenting your Information in Court.

Hours of Instruction: 40 Hours

Tuition: $795.00

Books/Materials: $50.00

Pre-Requisites: By-Law Enforcement Level 1.
